Buy a raffle ticket (or a few) to win a whole pig valued at $600. Fill your freezer with locally raised pork and support the market! Processing costs estimated to be around $250 are to be paid by the winner. Raffle tickets are $5 each or five tickets for $20 and can be found at The Mason Jar Farm, Enumclaw Bargain Center, L & B Mini Ranch, Rockridge CountryMarket and from EPFM board members, and now at Griffin & Wells Café.
The light appetizer menu will be announced soon. Thank you to Amy at Griffin & Wells Cafe’ for agreeing to host this event and for purchasing ingredients from local farms to feature on the appetizer menu for the evening. Mojito Mocktail (made with local mint and berries) is included in the price. Cole Street Brewery beer and Leony’s Cellars wine will be available for $6 per glass.
